Job summary

Harris County is seeking an Asset Implementation Analyst to lead planning, execution, and management of infrastructure asset implementation projects using OpenGov Cartegraph. You will coordinate with the Asset Management team, develop workflows, and ensure effective deployment and disaster recovery readiness.

This role emphasizes cross‑department collaboration and strong analytical skills. You will gain training on the software, create processes, and support users across facilities and precincts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum of two years in asset management systems or data analytics roles.
• Experience with GIS-supported platforms a plus.
• Proven ability to train end-users and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage implementation projects for infrastructure assets.
