Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain OpenGov and Cartegraph workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Monitor contractor management, performance, and invoicing.
• Analyze data to identify service gaps and cost-saving opportunities.
• Train staff and contractors on system usage and procedures.
• Coordinate cross-departmental workflows and asset management.
