Qualifications

• Candidates should have 2–5 years in asset management, GIS coordination, or data analysis.

• Experience with GIS platforms and asset management systems is desirable.
• Willingness to obtain asset management certification and EAM credentials may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain asset data standards within the EAM system OpenGov-Cartegraph.
• Perform audits to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors in asset data.
• Coordinate with GIS staff to align spatial and asset data across platforms.
• Support dashboards, reports, and analytics for operations and leadership.
• Provide field validation and data collection guidance to ensure accuracy.
