Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Forward Planner to support the Global Logistics Augmentation and Support Services (GLASS) team for Army Sustainment Command (ASC) at Fort Knox, Kentucky. The role covers CONUS and OCONUS operations, requiring independent research, LOGCAP coordination, and contract documentation development.

You will conduct policy analyses, draft memos, and coordinate with the LOGCAP Planner to ensure accurate, timely responses and briefings. A security clearance, U.S.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree required; MEL4 program graduate preferred.
• 10 years of logistics experience in a joint/U.S. Army context preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent in-depth research and analysis of current and emerging policy, regulations, directives, or industrial issues.
• Assist with day-to-day operations, synchronization, and coordination for LOGCAP; provide recommendations on operational issues.
• Develop and maintain LOGCAP contract requirements packages; screen for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare staff actions and information requests; draft briefings and memos per AR 25-50; collaborate with LOGCAP Planner.
• Research inquiries and monitor events involving ongoing operations and exercises; update training and exercise files in SharePoint.
• Attend meetings, prepare reports, and manage Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) injections.
