Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director, Field Tools & Analytics in New Jersey to lead the long-range technology roadmap for Oncology field tools and to architect end-to-end solutions spanning CRM, analytics, and reporting platforms. A strategic thinker will guide platform investments and ensure scalable tools across franchises.

The role requires 8+ years in pharma or related industry, strong leadership, and the ability to influence senior executives on technology direction.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of pharmaceutical or relevant industry experience.
Demonstrated people leadership experience managing managers or senior contributors.
Strong executive presence; able to advise executives on strategic technology decisions.

Responsibilities

Strategic planning & technology roadmap for Oncology field tools.
Architect end-to-end field tool solutions across CRM, analytics, and reporting platforms.
Lead governance forums and align decisions with brand strategy.
Directly manage and develop the Senior Manager and Manager, Field Tools & Analytics.
Build trusted relationships with VPs, Sales Directors, and Analytics leadership.
