Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Manager, Field Tools & Analytics to oversee the day-to-day operations of field tools, liaising between Oncology franchises, Commercial Operations, IT, Training, and Legal.

The role drives tool updates, data methodology, and system enhancements to support field sales and analytics efforts. The position requires strong project management, analytics experience, and proficiency in Salesforce/Veeva, data dashboards, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Manager: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, marketing/sales operations, or information technology, plus 3+ years of analytical or commercial operations experience (healthcare industry preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preferred knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, compliance regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and daily contact for Oncology field tools, onboarding new franchise teams and transfers.
• Execute weekly/monthly tool updates with data methodology improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review and implement system enhancements.
• Lead design, deployment, training, and ongoing management of field tools and analytics.
• Liaise between field, IT, training, Ops, and legal; present at team calls.
• Manage vendor partnerships, timelines, budgets, and communications.
• Identify training and communication opportunities to drive tool adoption.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and uphold compliance standards.
