Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Tools & Analytics to lead the day-to-day execution of the field tools strategy. You will manage a support team and serve as the primary operational liaison across Franchise Teams, Commercial Operations, IT, Training, OEC, and Legal.

Responsibilities include tool updates, data validation, system design/deployment, and field-facing communications. A BA/BS and 5+ years in related roles are required, with pharma familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Manager: 5+ years in project management, marketing/sales operations, or IT with 3+ years analytical/commercial ops experience (healthcare preferred).
• Senior Manager: similar base experience with track record of larger projects, cross-functional initiatives, mentoring juniors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preferred knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, compliance regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and day-to-day contact for Oncology field tools; onboard new franchise teams, new hires, and field transfers.
• Execute weekly/monthly tool updates; partner on data methodology and enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review and action system enhancements and process improvements.
• Oversee operational execution, field liaison work, and day-to-day system management.
• Deploy and maintain field-facing tools, data validation, and analytics per roadmap.
