AbbVie is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Tools & Analytics in New Jersey to oversee day-to-day operational execution of the field tools strategy and to act as the primary liaison among Franchise Teams, Commercial Operations, IT, Training, OEC and Legal. The role focuses on tools deployment, data validation, and analytics to support Oncology field operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in project management or marketing/sales operations.
• 3+ years in analytical or commercial operations (healthcare industry preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, compliance regulations, and standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and daily contact for Oncology field tools; onboard new teams and hires.
• Execute weekly/monthly tool updates; collaborate with Targeting, IC Teams, and development on data methods.
