AbbVie Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Field Tools & Analytics in Oncology. This leadership role owns the strategy and architecture for Oncology field tools, guiding the technology roadmap and investments to support the sales organization across solid and liquid tumor brands.

It includes leading two direct reports and partnering with IT, BTS, and OEC on enterprise standards. The role requires 8+ years in pharma or related industries, strong executive presence, and experience shaping

Competenze

BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of pharmaceutical or relevant industry experience.
Experience setting technology strategy or architecting commercial solutions.
Demonstrated people leadership experience managing managers or senior contributors.

Mansioni

Own and lead the long-range strategic plan and multi-year technology roadmap for Oncology field tools.
Set priorities for platform investment, retirement, and consolidation based on franchise needs and ROI.
Architect end-to-end field tool solutions, defining system design, data flows, and integration points across CRM, analytics, and reporting platforms.
Directly manage and develop the Senior Manager and Manager, Field Tools & Analytics.
