Job summary

FMX is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Revenue Specialist to join our Accounting team. This role supports order-to-cash, revenue recognition, and month-end close activities for a SaaS business, with a focus on billing, collections, and contract review.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success and Finance to ensure accurate revenue treatment and clean data across systems, including SaaSOptics, Salesforce and QuickBooks Online. The position is remote-first and US-based.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and end-to-end accounting processes.
• Interest in SaaS revenue operations and ASC 606 familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support billing and revenue-related activities in accordance with GAAP requirements.
• Review contracts for new business and process revenue and invoices.
• Process churn and contraction requests for customers.
• Monitor customer aging and support collections and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Finance on contract/billing issues.
• Ensure policies are documented and enforced across processes.
• Maintain accuracy of billing, revenue, CRM and GL data.
