• Ability to maintain records and produce reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reducing the DSO and limit bad debt while building revenue.
• Maintain customer relations while improving company DSO.
• Work on-account balances for assigned portfolio.
• Research and implement effective collection techniques.
• Follow-up with clients on overdue accounts.
• Perform other assigned tasks to support AR.
• Reconcile client accounts and cash applications as necessary.
• Provide customer service regarding collection issues to ensure past due payments.
• Oversee day-to-day activities and support all Collections through emails and calls to drive DSO.
• Establish relationships with client Project Management to facilitate cash and collections.
• Manage requests and first-level escalations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle moderately difficult account assignments requiring judgment.
• Field general AR/PM questions and assist in resolution of payment issues.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Sales, Disputes, Legal to resolve past-due accounts.
• Perform Finance & Accounting ad-hoc projects as needed.
