Job summary

Azenta Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst to support cash collection for the SRS portfolio. You will manage a customer portfolio, resolve past-due balances, and collaborate with Billing, Finance and Operations to streamline collection processes.

You will investigate payment delays, coordinate resolutions, and help forecast cash flow while maintaining strong relationships with business contacts. A bachelor's degree and 4+ years in B2B collections are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in B2B collections or AR.
• Ability to resolve past-due balances and reconcile accounts.
• Strong understanding of invoice-to-cash processes and cash application.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent client communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own collection activity for assigned B2B portfolios and prioritize by aging.
• Engage with accounts payable and business contacts to resolve barriers.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate short payments and document actions.
• Escalate risks and propose payment arrangements within policy.
• Support cash forecasting, reporting, and process improvements.
