Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the full billing and accounts receivable process.
• Prepare and distribute client invoices accurately and timely.
• Review billing activity, time entries, and expense reports for accuracy.
• Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries.
• Apply cash receipts and maintain accurate client account records.
• Reconcile AR accounts and assist with month-end close.
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams on billing issues.
• Prepare AR aging reports and provide updates on balances.
• Assist with billing-related projects and process improvements.
