Job summary

Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Central and Southern NJ is seeking an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. The role involves cold calling, following up on warm leads, and maintaining accurate CRM records in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of cold calling/appointment setting experience, strong listening skills, and can work independently as well as with a group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in cold calling and setting appointments.
• Able to follow instructions and be very team oriented.
• Must be able to record information correctly and efficiently into company CRM.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and set qualified appointments.
• Convert warm leads and inquiries into sales opportunities for the team.
• Update CRM with accurate contact and appointment details.
• Coordinate with sales to schedule follow-up and next steps.
