Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in Infra/Architecture roles or equivalent.
• Experience in implementing projects across large programs.
• Subject Matter Expert in Applications Development.
• Knowledge of client core business functions and processes.
• Strong leadership, project management, and development skills.
• Excellent relationship building and consensus skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of functions to meet goals and deploy new products.
• Analyze complex business and system processes to define solutions.
• Provide expertise in applications development and plan multi-project assignments.
• Develop methodologies and standards for analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation.
• Leverage deep knowledge of main system flows to achieve technology goals.
• Consult with end users to identify system specifications and incorporate them into design.
• Allocate work and coach developers, analysts, and new team members.
• Influence senior leaders and communicate with external parties.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance and ethics.
