Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Business Process Consultant who can help clients transform their operations by aligning processes with technology, analyzing current workflows, and designing scalable solutions. You will work with customers to understand needs, propose improvements, and drive value across multiple functions.

You will partner with customers, project managers, and technical teams to deliver measurable improvements, manage stakeholder alignment, and guide process changes that boost efficiency

Qualifications

• Proficiency in multiple business processes (PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management).
• Process Certifications (Six Sigma, BPM, ITIL or equivalent).
• Business acumen with deep knowledge of progressive business procedures.
• Expertise in Value Chain mapping.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers' current business processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Develop process-driven solutions aligning processes to technology to drive measurable results.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions exceeding client goals.
• Manage sales processes beyond procurement and ensure stakeholder alignment.
