Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage across digital platforms and in-person.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software; experience with Resman preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and communicate the property's features professionally.
• Assess prospects' living preferences and budget to match apartments.
• Maintain courteous, approachable interactions with residents and coworkers.
• Promote leasing incentives and discounts to prospective residents.
• Prepare and submit weekly prospect reports to the Community Director.
• Achieve and maintain a minimum closing ratio of 33%.
• Update online advertising to reflect pricing and availability.
• Record and maintain a daily engagement score of 90-100% in Knock.
• Stay informed on local market trends and conditions.
• Ensure vacated units are cleaned and ready for viewing.
