Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leasing agent experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for digital and in-person engagement.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and communicate the property’s features.
• Match prospects’ living preferences and budget to apartments.
• Promote leasing incentives and discounts to prospects.
• Submit weekly prospect reports to the Community Director.
• Achieve a minimum closing ratio of 33%.
• Update online advertising for pricing and availability.
• Maintain a 90-100% engagement score in Knock.
• Ensure vacated units are cleaned and ready for viewings.
