Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Leasing Agent preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with digital and in-person engagement.
• Demonstrated sales success and ability to close.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build diverse relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software required.
• Experience with Resman property management software preferred.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and communicate the property’s features to match needs.
• Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor with residents and coworkers.
• Assess prospects’ living preferences and budget to suggest apartments.
• Promote leasing incentives and discounted offers to prospects.
• Prepare and submit weekly prospect reports to the Community Director.
• Achieve and maintain a minimum closing ratio of 33%.
