Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and communicate the property features professionally.
• Assess prospects’ living preferences and budget to match options.
• Promote leasing incentives and discounts to prospective residents.
• Prepare and submit weekly prospect reports to the Community Director.
• Achieve and maintain a minimum closing ratio (33%).
• Update online advertising daily to reflect pricing and availability.
• Record daily engagement score in Knock (90–100%).
• Ensure recently vacated units are cleaned and ready for showings.
• Stay informed on local market trends and conditions.
