Carnival Cruise Line seeks a Senior Manager, Strategy & Analytics to drive strategic initiatives across the North America Supply Chain. You will partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Branding teams to transform processes, deliver data-driven insights, and support decision-making at the executive level.

The role requires strong financial acumen, advanced analytics, and the ability to influence across a multi-brand organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Advanced analytical and data visualization capabilities, including Power BI and Excel; SQL or similar data-query experience preferred.
• Strong executive presentation, written communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive NASC multi-year strategy and annual priorities execution.
• Translate objectives into measurable initiatives, KPIs, and milestones; manage the Supply Chain Balanced Scorecard.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for supply chain transformation, optimization, and digital enablement.
• Identify opportunities to simplify operations and accelerate continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and mentorship for Supply Chain analysts supporting strategic and operational workstreams.
• Partner with Finance to support AOP development, forecasting, and cost reporting.
