• Leadership and project management experience
• Expertise in logistics/freight strategic sourcing
• Strong analytical and financial costing skills
• Ability to influence across brands and functions
• Experience with 7-step sourcing process

Responsibilities

• Lead team to develop strategic sourcing initiatives for multiple Carnival brands
• Oversee sourcing, contracting and implementation of supplier agreements
• Develop annual savings plans and track hard savings
• Manage supplier relationships and quarterly business reviews
