Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line seeks an experienced FP&A leader to oversee financial strategic planning, analysis, modeling, and reporting for the CFO. You will drive KPI development, variance analysis, and long-term financial plans while delivering executive-ready insights to operational leaders.

You will manage a team, partner with senior leaders, and build robust financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives and ROIs. This in-office role is based in South Florida with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Interactive Reporting, and Oracle.
• Experience with Financials or similar database systems.
• Proficiency in Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and reporting for CFO; prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
• Develop financial models for long-term strategic plans and ROIs.
• Collaborate to create analytical tools and KPIs with finance and operations teams.
• Extract and consolidate data using multiple tools (PowerBI, etc.).
