Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline is required.
• 7+ years progressive experience in supply planning or related field.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret large datasets and convert analysis into actions.
• Advanced knowledge of MRP/DRP, replenishment, S&OP, and planning master data.
• Proficiency with planning platforms and Excel reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end supply response for assigned planning segments.
• Translate demand signals, policies, lead times, and vessel schedules into feasible plans.
• Evaluate recommendations and coordinate mitigation actions like expedite, transfer, or rebalance.
• Lead planning governance, data quality, and analytics improvements.
• Influence cross‑functional stakeholders to align decisions with the approved supply plan.
