Job summary

Princess Cruises, a leading international premium cruise line, seeks a Senior Manager of Business Analytics to guide a data analytics team in revenue management. You will translate complex business questions into analytical objectives, oversee large datasets, and craft actionable pricing strategies to improve net ticket revenue, occupancy, and yields.

Collaboration with VPs and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
10+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, BI, revenue management, pricing analytics, or related field.
Experience leading analytics teams, setting priorities, coaching, and managing performance.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Business Analytics team, setting priorities and coaching senior analysts.
Translate complex revenue-management questions into analytical objectives and rigorous approaches.
Design and evaluate A/B tests to measure market response and pricing impact.
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to convert analysis into pricing and revenue strategy recommendations.
