Job summary
Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Manager – Global Sourcing Analytics to design dashboards, analyze data, and build models for strategic sourcing across Global Travel, Global Gaming, and On-Board Media Content. You will drive efficiency with AI-enabled tools and serve as the Power BI SME, guiding dashboards and data integrity while collaborating with COE, IT, and Finance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred; Master's a plus.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools for analytics and automation.
- Knowledge of travel, sourcing, or enterprise data is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Designs and develops dashboards and data visualizations for Global Sourcing.
- Analyzes dashboards, reports, and datasets to inform negotiation strategies.
- Leads data management, analytics, and automation projects with COE/IT/Finance.
- Acts as Power BI SME and primary contact for dashboard questions.
- Partners with COE and IT to improve analytic tools and data structures.
