Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a data analytics professional to lead analytical work for consumer and small business products. You will source and transform data, build insights, and deliver recommendations to product, marketing, and tech teams.

You will monitor adoption, engagement, and outcomes, and communicate findings clearly to varied audiences. You will partner with data, governance, and product teams to align requirements and outcomes, using SQL, Python, Spark/Scala, Tableau, and other tools

Qualifications

• Ability to source, integrate, transform, and validate data from multiple systems of record using modern data tools and techniques.
• Experience in product analytics, customer analytics, marketing analytics, portfolio analytics, or business performance analytics.
• Experience evaluating product performance, customer engagement, journeys, and business outcomes including adoption, usage, retention, and attrition.
• Define and track key performance indicators and develop practical measurement frameworks.
• Advanced analytical techniques including segmentation, behavioral analytics, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and test-and-learn.

Responsibilities

• Sources, integrates, and transforms data across relational and non-relational platforms to create meaningful measures and insights.
• Translates business questions into analytical frameworks and develops actionable recommendations.
• Evaluates product performance and customer journeys by defining metrics related to adoption, usage, engagement, and retention.
• Partners across product, marketing, technology and data teams to clarify requirements and deliver outcomes.
• Communicates analytical findings with data storytelling using PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau.
