Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Six or more years of analytics, statistics, BI, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Define questions, success metrics, and analytical strategies with senior leaders.
• Lead analytics initiatives to support growth, customer experience, and operational excellence.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and customer behaviors.
• Translate findings into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Lead experimentation, test-and-learn, and performance measurement.
• Develop executive dashboards and analytical reporting solutions.
• Drive reporting automation and BI best practices.
• Mentor analysts and shape analytics strategy.
