Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a data analytics professional to lead analytical work for consumer and small business product initiatives. You will source and transform data, apply advanced techniques, and deliver actionable recommendations to marketing, product, and technology teams.

You will define metrics, track adoption and outcomes, communicate complex findings through data storytelling, and influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Source, integrate, transform, and validate data from multiple systems of record.
• Experience in product analytics, customer analytics, marketing analytics, portfolio analytics, or business performance analytics.
• Experience evaluating product performance, customer engagement, journeys, and business outcomes.
• Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and assess business impact.
• Fluency in Python and SQL; familiarity with BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source, integrate, and transform data across relational and non-relational platforms using SQL, Python, Spark/Scala, SAS, and other tools.
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and apply segmentation, behavioral analytics, and test-and-learn methods.
• Evaluate product performance and customer journeys by defining and monitoring metrics related to adoption, usage, and retention.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, technology, data product, governance, and business teams to clarify requirements and deliver outcomes.
• Communicate analytical findings through data storytelling, visuals, and actionable recommendations using PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau.
• Validate data and outputs, ensure governance, and support trusted metrics.
