Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Analytics to drive NASC strategy, analytics, financial performance management, and transformation initiatives across the North America Supply Chain. You will partner with Supply Chain leadership, Finance, and brand teams to deliver initiatives that improve cost, service, quality, visibility, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, finance, economics, analytics, or related field.
• Advanced analytical and data visualization capabilities with Power BI and Excel; SQL or similar querying experience preferred.
• Strong executive presentation, writing, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute NASC long-term strategy and annual priorities with measurable initiatives and KPIs.
• Provide financial insights, budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and value realization tracking.
• Transform data into actionable insights; build dashboards and leadership-ready narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional transformation programs and drive procurement, CLM, MDm, and procure-to-pay improvements.
