Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line in Miami is seeking a senior FP&A leader to guide financial strategy, analysis, and reporting for the CFO. The role focuses on variances, P&L and balance sheet metrics, and building models for long-term strategic initiatives.

You will lead a team, work closely with senior finance leaders, and develop analytics to support operational decision-making with Power BI, Hyperion, Oracle, and Tableau tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong quantitative focus.
• 10+ years of experience in finance or FP&A roles.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; solid data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial analysis and present insights to executives.
• Develop financial models for long-term strategic plans and ROIs.
• Collaborate with FP&A leadership to deliver annual plans and forecasts.
• Create and optimize KPI dashboards and reporting tools (PowerBI/Tableau).
• Mentor team members and promote high professional standards.
