Job summary

BlueLabs is seeking an experienced data analyst to support insights across commercial, political, and non-profit clients. You will analyze data, build reports, and create client-ready materials while collaborating with analysts and data scientists.

You will develop calculators and dashboards, mentor junior staff, and translate complex results into actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with statistical background or 2+ years of data analysis experience.
• Passionate about using data to improve social outcomes.
• Eager to learn data management, analysis, and visualization techniques.
• Able to recognize patterns and check assumptions.
• Strong attention to detail and design sense.
• Experience creating reports and using visualization/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze polling data and create clear, communicable reports.
• Build crosstabs detailing audience makeup for campaigns or surveys.
• Present findings to both non-technical and technical stakeholders.
• Mentor analysts or fellows and support their growth.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
