Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC seeks a strategic Analytics and Decision Support Manager to lead enterprise analytics, data science, reporting, and decision support. Reporting to the Chief Data and Analytics Officer, you will manage two Team Leads and four Analysts, guiding methods, models, and dashboards across the organization.

You will challenge conclusions, craft recommendations for senior leaders, and personally tackle high-priority analyses while shaping a scalable analytics operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field is valuable but not mandatory.
• Senior-level experience in data science, analytics, or BI with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record delivering decision-ready analytics in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead two Team Leads and four Analysts with clear roles, standards, and accountability.
• Translate business questions into analyses, models, dashboards, and decision tools.
• Establish enterprise metric definitions and governance with data engineers and business stakeholders.
• Advise executives with findings, uncertainties, and trade-offs and provide reusable models.
