Job summary

Strive Health is seeking a Lead Data Analyst, Partner Analytics to partner with market, clinical, and operations leaders and guide a talented analytics team. You will drive in-depth analyses across multiple markets and help shape the organization’s future with data-driven insights.

You’ll lead analytics initiatives, build dashboards, and collaborate across teams to unlock opportunities in value-based care and population health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic achievement.
• 4+ years of healthcare data analysis experience, preferably in value-based care or population health analytics.
• Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize data stories through deep analytical dives across markets.
• Develop approaches for identifying trends in healthcare claims and lab data.
• Design models to assess viability of initiatives across markets and partners.
• Collaborate with strategy, clinical and market teams to identify data-driven opportunities.
• Establish best practices and mentor junior analysts.
• Provide insights to design and build self-service dashboards to measure performance.
• Identify and address data gaps that impede reporting and oversight.
