Job summary

Ensemble is seeking a Lead Analyst, Strategic Analytics in the United States to own analytic strategy for revenue cycle functions. You will partner with operations leaders, define KPIs, and drive insights that influence actions across executive and frontline levels.

You will curate analytic assets, design dashboards, mentor analysts, and collaborate with the Data team to deliver a roadmap of reporting assets. Remote with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field with leadership exposure.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to present insights to executives and frontline leaders.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Databricks; proficiency in Power BI.
• Experience partnering with healthcare leaders and driving data-driven decisions.
• Healthcare revenue cycle knowledge is preferred; Epic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated Strategic Analytics partner for assigned care areas and align analytic work to business outcomes.
• Define, document, and maintain KPIs with clear definitions, targets, and benchmarks.
• Curate and govern a portfolio of dashboards, reports, and data sources.
• Design interactive visualizations and self-service tools in Power BI or Databricks to tell actionable stories.
• Mentor and train other analysts; contribute to shared practices and standards.
• Collaborate with data teams to translate priorities into a reporting roadmap.
