Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in BI, healthcare analytics, Revenue Cycle analytics, financial analytics, or a related discipline.
• Proficient use of SQL or alternative relational database querying software to support business needs.
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or comparable technologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects or complex analytical initiatives from requirements through implementation.
• Working knowledge of healthcare Revenue Cycle processes and data.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex Revenue Cycle reports, dashboards, data products, and analytical solutions.
• Lead analytics projects from initiation through requirements, development, testing, implementation, and completion.
• Coordinate resources and timelines across BI Analysts, Financial Analysts, IT, and stakeholders.
• Ensure data validation, quality assurance, and accuracy of analytical outputs.
• Promote standards for analytics, documentation, and reusable reporting approaches.
