Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks an Analytics Product Lead to drive strategy, delivery and governance of analytics products, dashboards, and reporting across Clinical Operations and Value-Based Care. You will translate business needs into actionable insights that improve clinical and financial performance.

You will own BI development, data modeling, and data governance while collaborating with Analytics Engineering to ensure accuracy, security, and impactful dashboards for key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data analytics, healthcare administration, information systems, computer science, public health, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, BI, data product management, or related analytics role with direct stakeholder ownership.
• Experience supporting healthcare, clinical operations, payer organizations, ACOs, or value-based care environments preferred.
• Power BI Data Analyst Associate / Tableau certified professional
• Healthcare analytics or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytics product owner and trusted partner for Clinical Operations and Value-Based Care leadership.
• Gather, document, prioritize, and translate business requirements into actionable analytics and reporting solutions.
• Design, build, modify, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations supporting quality, risk, utilization, and medical economics initiatives.
• Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot reporting issues, and determine whether issues originate from reporting layers, data models, or source systems.
• Review and quality assure analytics outputs developed through AI-enabled tools and automation platforms.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering teams on complex enhancements, data architecture requirements, and escalated technical issues.
• Monitor portfolio performance, user adoption, stakeholder satisfaction, and analytics utilization to guide roadmap priorities.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and quality review for junior analytics team members.
• Manage data governance, user access, report distribution, licensing, and PHI protection requirements.
• Other related duties as assigned.
