Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, analytics, business, or related field
• Minimum 7 years in BI/analytics with business partnerships
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to present insights to executives

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to define KPIs and drivers
• Analyze KPI performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Manage a portfolio of analytics assets: dashboards, reports, data sources
• Design interactive visualizations and self-service tools in Databricks or Power BI
• Provide mentorship and guidance to analytics team members
• Collaborate with Data team to prioritize and roadmap analytics efforts
• Ensure assets follow design, naming, and documentation standards
• Translate business priorities into actionable analytics and recommendations
