Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Lead Analyst, Strategic Analytics to partner with revenue cycle leaders, shaping analytics strategy and delivering insight-driven actions. You will own KPI definitions, dashboards, and data assets, translating data into clear narratives for executives and frontline teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and enterprise data governance while leveraging Power BI and Databricks to drive operational and financial impact across defined areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in BI/analytics with business or operations leadership partnerships.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for executives and frontline leaders.
• Expert in Power BI; knowledge of Epic revenue cycle data is a plus.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Databricks; experience with ETL tooling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the analytics partner to assigned revenue cycle areas; understand operations, goals, challenges, and data resources.
• Define and maintain KPIs with clear definitions, targets, and benchmarks; analyze drivers and variances.
• Curate and manage a portfolio of analytics assets (dashboards, reports, data sources).
• Develop interactive visualizations and self-service tools in Power BI and Databricks; tailor storytelling to audiences.
• Mentor and coach other analysts; contribute to standards and knowledge sharing.
