Job summary

Chartis is hiring a Consultant, Analytics & Insights (Revenue Cycle) to accelerate data-driven insights for healthcare clients. You will acquire and prep data, run exploratory analyses, and deliver dashboards using Power BI or Tableau, while collaborating with engineers to codify rules and build scalable analytics assets.

The role emphasizes hands-on SQL, BI storytelling, and coaching client teams on analytics interpretation within a remote work setup that may travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of analytics experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare.
• Working knowledge of Epic Clarity; Clarity/Cogito certification or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or tech field.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, Spark, PySpark, and deployment via notebook tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools; Snowflake or cloud platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills; ability to link analytics to KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and prepare client data; support ETL and data transmission.
• Perform exploratory analysis and deliver stop-gap dashboards in Power BI/Tableau.
• Collaborate with data engineers to codify rules and build tools; enable BI storytelling.
• Coach teams on BI tools and analytics interpretation; contribute to scalable solutions.
