Cloudflare is seeking a Senior GTM Analytics Manager to set the vision for scalable analytics across Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Solutions Eng, and Professional Services. This role requires a strong blend of technical data modeling and strategic leadership, with emphasis on AI-enabled insights and governance.

You’ll partner with Sales, Services, and Finance, building trusted metrics and scalable data foundations to empower AI assistants and humans alike.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics, BI, analytics engineering, or GTM/Services ops at a high-growth B2B SaaS/tech company.
• Experience supporting Pre- or Post-Sales Operations, Solutions/Sales Engineering, or Professional Services is a plus.
• Strong data modeling, dimensional modeling, and metric layer design are required.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive a multi-year strategy for data across Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Solutions Eng, FDE, and Professional Services.
• Act as a thought leader on scaling information and semantic layers in an AI-first world.
• Review and consolidate dashboards, reports, and tools into a single source of truth.
• Define official metrics and ensure alignment with Finance/Data definitions.
• Partner with central Data team and influence data model designs across Salesforce, professional services tools, product usage telemetry, and finance.
• Design self-serve access, AI-assisted querying, and curated metric catalogs for daily workflows.
• Establish intake/governance for new metric requests with ownership and change management.
