Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years experience in project teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems and to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Flexible team player with ability to work independently.
• Strong interest in alternative investments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for mid-stream transaction execution from late due diligence to fund launch.
• Analyze investment strategy, competitor funds and market positioning as required.
• Collaborate with legal counsel and tax colleagues on offering materials and documents.
• Develop marketing materials including flipbook presentations and executive summaries for clients.
• Sign-off on subscription documents and train marketing force regarding execution of documents.
• Identify and communicate non-standard issues to global middle office before launch.
• Educate AIG Investment Specialist Team on transactions to answer regional queries.
• Coordinate relationship management with fund managers, private bank marketers and service partners.
• Assist due diligence team in monitoring investments post-placement and attend quarterly update calls.
