Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services (fund administration, hedge funds, private equity, or related servicing roles).
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality client service under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile investor and fund activity accurately and on time.
• Execute subscription and redemption transactions and resolve exceptions.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients via phone and email.
• Perform quality reviews on investor and fund changes to ensure strong controls.
• Produce and review investor reporting (monthly/quarterly statements, notices).
• Coordinate investor onboarding and KYC/AML reviews.
• Manage final sign-off for investor transactions and timelines.
• Prepare ad hoc requests (board materials, system extracts, audit support).
• Partner with internal teams to improve service delivery and outcomes.
• Follow procedures to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and status reporting for transparency and audit readiness.
