• Support Corporate Structuring professionals in transaction origination and analyses.
• Prepare client pitch books and various analyses for meetings.
• Assist with updates on accounting, regulatory, and industry developments.
• Develop models to support bespoke transaction solutions.
• Identify client opportunities within their corporate structure.
• Collaborate with Banking, Trading, Credit, and Structuring teams on transactions.
