Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services (fund administration, hedge funds, PE, or related).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work under deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through to resolution.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while contributing as a team member.
• Risk-aware, control-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools (email, spreadsheets, word processing).

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile investor and fund activity, including capital activity, investor updates, and cash movements.
• Capture, review, and execute subscription and redemption transactions; resolve exceptions.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients via phone and email.
• Perform quality reviews on investor and fund changes to ensure controls and consistency.
• Produce and review investor and client reporting (monthly/quarterly statements, contract notes).
• Coordinate investor onboarding and documentation (KYC/AML).
• Manage final sign-off for investor transactions and track outstanding items.
• Prepare ad hoc requests (board materials, system extracts, audit support, tax distributions).
• Partner with internal teams to improve service delivery and outcomes.
• Follow procedures and contribute to process improvements to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
