GAAP to financing and derivatives. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in accounting/finance environments, and a strong capability in financial instruments and client-focused advisory at an investment bank.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Structuring professionals in transaction origination and structuring.
• Prepare customized pitch books and client meeting analyses.
• Assist with client updates and communication on accounting and regulatory developments.
• Develop analytical models for novel transaction solutions.
• Identify opportunities to engage clients addressing specific needs within their structure.
• Collaborate with Banking, Trading, Credit, and other internal partners.
