Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in North America seeks a Private Alternatives Account Manager to manage client relationships and oversee onboarding for alternative assets across platforms for intermediaries.

You will work with financial intermediaries, platforms, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, regulatory compliance, and effective communication. The role requires deep knowledge of registered and private funds administration and strong project management and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years asset management client-facing experience.
• Knowledge of financial markets and alternative investment vehicles.
• Ability to develop relationships and understand intermediary servicing needs.
• Experience onboarding digital platforms and custodian relationships.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Field inquiries from financial intermediaries and advisors about investment offerings.
• Support onboarding and implementation of JPM products on platforms.
• Maintain relationships with intermediaries and be the voice of the Intermediary within the Firm.
• Understand distribution partners’ platforms and processes.
• Coordinate with internal and third parties for inquiries and resolution.
• Participate in client meetings and due diligence activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and assist with filings; support project work.
