Provectus is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to drive market expansion in North America. This hunter-oriented role focuses on developing pipeline, engaging with mid-market and enterprise prospects, and closing deals with autonomy.

You will collaborate with leadership, selling AI services and cloud solutions, with travel up to 40%. Strong prospecting, negotiation, and independence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or BDM experience in consulting/services-led environments.
• Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently.
• Experience selling technology services and negotiating with clients.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and coachable.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America.
• Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals.
• Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound (email, calls, social).
• Coordinate discovery & qualification conversations.
• Partner with leadership to close deals.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel 40% of the time).
