RSM US LLP is seeking a dynamic Strategic Business Alliances COE Director to drive revenue growth through major alliance programs with Workiva, BlackLine, FloQast and others. The role partners with sales and service lines to accelerate pipeline.

You will manage executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and shape go-to-market strategies across the firm’s alliance ecosystem, while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years professional experience in alliance management and sales.
• Track record of success resulting in joint goals (revenue, pipeline, etc.).
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with external strategic alliances and cross-functional coalitions.

Responsabilités

• Manage relationships and health with assigned alliance partners.
• Serve as primary contact for alliances and partner development.
• Build executive relationships and align with RSM strategy.
• Collaborate across sales, presales, marketing and service lines to drive opportunities.
• Lead joint pipeline development and account planning.
• Coordinate governance and drive alliance initiatives across teams.
