Job summary

RSM US LLP is hiring a Strategic Business Alliances COE Director to accelerate growth through major finance automation alliances such as Workiva, BlackLine, and FloQast. The role focuses on accelerating joint opportunities, coordinating with sales and service lines, and delivering measurable revenue impact.

You will lead relationship management, strategy, and governance across alliances, working with executives and cross‑functional teams to drive pipeline and client value in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years professional experience in alliance management and sales.
• Track record of achieving joint goals (revenue, pipeline, market penetration).
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Experience with external strategic alliances and co-development objectives.
• Ability to collaborate with practice leaders and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with assigned alliance partners and drive engagement across functions.
• Own executive relationship health and serve as primary point of contact for alliances.
• Define strategy, GTM plans, and joint offerings with alliance partners.
• Drive joint pipeline activities, account planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate business reviews, incentives, and program updates with partners.
• Assist in governance, risk, and contract considerations as needed.
